- $200 per
night weekdays
- $300 per
night weekends and special events
- $750 for
Iowa Hawkeye football home game weekends
- 12% state
and county hotel/motel tax will be added to every
reservation.
- Check-in
time is 3:00 pm, however we will try to accommodate your
special requests.
- Check-out
time is 11:00 am, however we will try to accommodate
your special requests.
- Rates are
for up to four (4) persons;
contact us if you need
accommodations for more persons.
- Rates
include housekeeping service on your departure.
Mid-week cleaning services can be provided.
- A booking
deposit equal to one night's lodging plus tax is
required at time of booking, with the balance due 2
weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellation
fees are $50 provided cancellation is made more than
seven (7) days prior to the arrival date; the booking
deposit is forfeited for cancellations within seven 7)
days of your stay.

You are staying in privately-owned condominiums, fully
furnished, and with the expectation of care you would
afford your own home and neighbors.

Elevators and other common areas are for the use of all
owners and guests.

Our rental units are pet-free and smoke-free. If
you smoke, please smoke outside.

Free parking is provided.
The parking garages are reserved for full-time owners
and are not available for vacation rentals.

Minimum rental age requirement is 21 years old.

The person making the reservation must be staying in the
home they book.

The person making the reservation is responsible for
themselves and their guests.

Our homes are fully furnished for the comfort of our
guests; please notify us of any problems you
encounter or the need for any repairs.
